Delivery
Policy:
Our delivery area currently includes the following areas in Missouri: Central and West St. Louis county and St. Charles county. If you are not sure if your party is taking place within our delivery area, please give us a call to find out. We will continue to expand our delivery area in the future.
Rental Agreement & General Release:
Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental Agreement & General Release." This includes safety & operating information. Please read over this document and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of these documents and will need your signature at that time.
Rain/Weather Policy:
Weather is unpredictable. Therefore, there is no penalty for a rental cancelled due to rain or high winds. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse and receive a full refund of your deposit. Once set up occurs, however, all fees are due. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind we do reserve the right to cancel the rental.
Payment:
A $50 deposit via MasterCard, Visa, or Discover is required at the time the order is placed. The balance is then payable upon delivery, before set up of the equipment. We accept cash or check at the time of delivery.
Sales Tax:
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt number is provided.
Rental Periods:
All rentals are for a Full Day (10am-6pm, 8 hours). Units will be delivered and set up before 10 am and picked up after 6 pm. This allows us to schedule back to back deliveries and gives us the daylight needed to clean and sanitize the units after each rental. We guarantee a clean and sanitized unit every time you rent.
Discounts:
Return customer coupon: $10 off your next rental.
Package discount (2 or more units): 10% off rental units.
Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable. Please turn off sprinkler systems the day prior to your delivery. The surface should be dry prior to set up.
Electrical Requirements:
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
